Vitamin B-17


So you can never be too careful of what you eat these days. As for exercise well that never changes, get out, get moving, get that heart rate up :) Don't overdo it though!

Anyways before I get off track here I've decided I'm going to start posting some good health tips that I believe everyone, including myself, should follow! Suggestions are always welcomed from my lovely people as well. So you will find daily health tips posted here and blogs on the occasional issue that I really think everyone should know!

So here goes health tip #1

Make sure you get your vitamin B-17! B-17 is essential in the prevention and fight against cancer.
Seeds are a really good source of this vitamin.

Including any of the below! Ever notice fruits are lacking their seeds these days?? Don't think that's a coincidence. The Food and Drug Administration are well aware of the benefits of B-17 and they're doing whatever it takes to eliminate natural sources of B-17, even if it means developing food without seeds!
