Health Tip #2 - Take Your Magnesium

Make sure you get your Magnesium!

Magnesium is a very very very important mineral for your body, even more important than calcium! Why you ask? Well magnesium actually helps regulate calcium levels in your body and other essential vitamins and minerals in your body. It also helps activate enzymes in the body and keep your energy levels including your mental functioning. Some days I find my head a little fuzzy and I know I'm lacking some essential mineral so I take a magnesium supplement which helps clear my head. Try it and maybe it will do the same for you. Eating right is the key too! If you're already eating magnesium rich foods then you're on the right track and I'm proud of you!

Liquid magnesium is the best source of mineral supplement however capsules are good too! Just make sure you get a good quality brand and not Swiss or other low quality brands that are mainly fillers and not real nutrients.
